Redstone Shiraz is produced from three vineyards in McLaren Vale each contributing complexity to the final blend.
The bright red fruit character from our Blewitt Springs vineyards, the savoury structure from the Coriole Estate vineyard and the earthy richness from our vineyard in Willunga.
Redstone refers to the local ironstone so common in the soils and buildings of McLaren Vale.
"A youthful and dark red in the glass. Aromas of dried herbs, spice, blackberry, mulberry and a woodsy lift. Rich, fleshy and mouth-filling, with a lovely drive of dark fruits, cedar and Asian spice. The tannins are firm and shapely and the acidity has plenty of zip and spark. A generously flavoured, complex wine that is also great value. 91 points"
